This session focuses on how Blinkit drastically reduced library publish time to minutes, enabling developer productivity at scale. We will emphasise four key areas: mono-repo architecture, BOM management, automated CI pipelines, and versioning. We'll walk through the practical strategies that drove these improvements—including resolving complex transitive dependencies, auto-updating versions, enforcing binary compatibility, parallelising our release hierarchy, and selecting the optimal hardware and artifact registries. These optimisations eliminated dependency conflicts and cut our build times, letting us ship 100+ KMP and Android libraries in minutes.
