Terms and Conditions for registration to droidcon India 2025 & Fluttercon India 2025

  1. Scope
    The following Terms and Conditions for registration to droidcon India 2025 & Fluttercon India 2025 conference (from now on referred to as “Event”) of Mobile Seasons GmbH, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile Seasons”) apply with regard to the purchase of admission tickets (hereinafter referred to as “Ticket(s)”) or to the registration of visitors, sponsors, speakers or partners (jointly hereinafter referred to as “Attendee”) for the Event. With the purchase of the Tickets or the registration of the Attendee, the purchaser of the Ticket (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) or the registering Attendee accepts these Terms and Conditions. Counter-confirmations by the Customer referring to the Customers own business or purchasing conditions are hereby expressly contradicted. Deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only be effective if they have been confirmed in writing by Mobile Seasons.

  2. Conclusion of Agreement
    2.1 Mobile Seasons uses the platform of KonfHub, a product of KonfHub Pvt. Ltd., 91 Springboard, 45/3, Gopalakrishna Complex, Museum Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560025, India (hereinafter referred to as “KonfHub”) to sell tickets or register Attendees in the Event. The agreement for the purchase of Tickets shall only be concluded between Mobile Seasons and the Customer as follows:
    2.2 Mobile Seasons offers the Customer various ticket categories via the official event website ( ). The customer will be forwarded to the official website of KonfHub (hereinafter referred to as “Ticket Website”). After entering the requested order data (ticket buyer data, tax receipt, billing information, attendee information, and working information), the Customer accepts the contractual offer by clicking the “Pay now” button. Hereby, Customer confirms these Terms and Conditions and takes note of the data protection information of Mobile Seasons in accordance with the EU–General Data Protection Regulation as well as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of KonfHub.

  3. Confirmation, Tickets
    3.1 After booking and fulfilling its payment obligation, the Customer or registered Attendee will receive a confirmation e-mail from KonfHub with the Mobile Ticket. Admission to the Event is granted exclusively with this Mobile Ticket.
    3.2 The resale of Tickets is prohibited. In the event of a breach of the above provision, Mobile Seasons shall in particular be entitled to block the Ticket in question and refuse to allow the ticket holder to participate in the Event without compensation, shall also refuse to sell Tickets to the person concerned in the future and to issue a ban on entering the premises.

  4. Prices, payments
    4.1 The current prices for the respective ticket category can be seen on the Ticket Website and are displayed when selecting the type and number of Tickets to be purchased. The prices quoted on the Ticket Website at the time the order is placed shall apply. The statutory value-added tax is shown on the ticket shop.
    4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer shall pay the amount stated in the Customer’s order by the means of payment chosen. The purchase price for the Tickets is due for payment immediately and without deductions after the conclusion of this agreement. Partial or installment payments are not permitted. The fulfillment of the Customer’s payment obligation only occurs with crediting to one of the bank accounts of KonfHub.
    4.3 In the case payment fails before the Event starts, Mobile Seasons reserves its right to cancel the registration and assert further claims. The Customer or registered Attendee thereby loses its right to participate. Neither Mobile Seasons nor KonfHub shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Customer or Attendee as a result of registration or cancellation of registration due to non-payment.

  5. Sponsor, Speaker, and Partner Tickets
    Sponsor, Speaker, or Partner will receive an access code to be entered at the Ticket Website. The Tickets will be either free of charge (Sponsor or Speaker) or a negotiated discount (Partner) will apply.

  6. Right of cancelation
    6.1 Mobile Seasons grants Customer or registered Attendee a right of cancelation until 30 days before the Event´s start day. In order to cancel its participation in due time, the Customer or registered Attendee must send an e-mail to global@droidcon.com. Decisive for determination of the timely receipt of the notice of cancelation is the date of receipt.
    6.2 If the right of cancelation is effectively exercised, the relevant Ticket(s) will be blocked so that entry to the respective Event will not be possible. In the event of cancelation having become effective and the relevant Ticket(s) was/were ordered and paid for by credit or debit card, the refund will automatically be credited to the Customer´s credit or debit card account.

  7. Liability, Force Majeure
    7.1 Mobile Seasons shall have unlimited liability for damage suffered by the Customer or registered Attendee only if such damage is attributable to wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of Mobile Seasons. In the event of minor negligent breaches of duty, Mobile Seasons shall only be liable for a breach of one of its essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligation). In this case, the liability of Mobile Seasons shall be limited to the contractually typical and foreseeable, direct damage to the Customer or registered Attendee at the time of the conclusion of the agreement. This shall also apply to breaches of duty by legal representatives and/or vicarious agents of Mobile Seasons. Liability for culpable injury to life, limb, or health shall remain unaffected by this limitation of liability.
    7.2 Mobile Seasons shall not be responsible for disturbances, delays and/or damage caused by force majeure, in particular natural phenomena.

  8. Postponement / Cancellation of the Event
    8.1 If an event is postponed, the Tickets for the new event date automatically remain valid. A rewriting/replacement is not required. Expenses and further costs will not be reimbursed.
    8.2 Tickets may not be returned or refunded unless the Event is canceled without replacement. In this case, Mobile Seasons will reimburse the costs actually incurred for the Ticket. Expenses and further costs will not be reimbursed.

  9. Special conditions for congresses, seminars, workshops, meetings, and conferences
    9.1 Mobile Seasons reserves the right to replace announced speakers with others and to make necessary changes to the event program and venues while preserving the overall character of the Event. If it is not possible to organize a part of the Event due to force majeure, the absence of a speaker, disruption at the Event, or a low number of attendees, the Attendees will be informed immediately.
    9.2 Event-related lectures and documentation are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used in any form – not even in part – without the consent of Mobile Seasons and the respective speakers. All film and sound recordings intended for the duration of the Event require the prior permission of Mobile Seasons. Photographs are not permitted. Mobile Seasons assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any inaccuracies in the content of the lectures and documentation or for their conformity under trademark and copyright law.
    9.3 Mobile Seasons works to create a comprehensive overview of the interactions and events that may be of promotional interest to the Event. Accordingly, please be advised that you may be filmed or photographed at any time and any presentations you deliver may be recorded. If you do not wish to be filmed, photographed, or recorded, please advise Mobile Seasons and/or legal representatives and/or vicarious agents beforehand.

  10. Data protection
    10.1 Mobile Seasons processes the personal data of Customer and registered Attendee in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. Personal data (in particular first name, last name, company, position, e-mail address, city, and country) shall be collected, processed, and used by Mobile Seasons to the extent necessary to establish, structure, amend, or fulfill the contractual relationship.
    10.2 Mobile Seasons shall be entitled to transfer the data to third parties commissioned by it with the execution of the agreement, to the extent that such transmission is necessary in order for the agreement for participation in the Event to be fulfilled or for the Event to be able to offer further services in connection with the Event. The Customer or Attendee shall be informed of this and of his right of revocation in the course of the ordering process by confirming that he has read and understood the data protection information in accordance with the EU-General Data Protection Regulation

  11. Online Dispute settlement platform
    11.1 The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform), which can be accessed at www.ec.europa.eu/Consumers/Odr Mobile Seasons’ contact details, including e-mail address, can be found in the imprint on the Event’s website.
    11.2 Mobile Seasons is neither obliged nor willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure.

  12. Visa Requirements
    12.1 It is the sole responsibility of the Attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
    12.2 Mobile Seasons will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

  13. Miscellaneous
    13.1 In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the House Rules of the exhibition grounds, shall apply, in particular concerning access to events and halls, participation in the Event, and public safety and order at Mobile Seasons.
    13.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be amended in such a way that the intended purpose is achieved.
    13.3 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Agreement for the International Sale of Goods.
    13.4 The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with this contractual relationship shall be Berlin, Germany, provided that the Customer or Attendee is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law or if at least one of the contracting parties does not have a general place of jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany.
